John Mueller of Google stated the other day that the search business in fact thought of coming up with “proposition for implementing legal interstitials/ banners” but decided it was not currently needed.John said on Twitter “Weve considered making a proposal for carrying out legal interstitials/ banners, however so far things appear reasonable, and adding more “requirements/ recommendations” just includes additional work.
